Leveraging brand partnerships has been a game changer for my business and is something we’re making an even bigger priority going into next year, so I’m really excited to introduce you to today’s guest who has over 9 years of experience in strategizing, negotiating, and executing powerful brand partnerships.

As a first generation Asian American, Jenny Dinh Safransky has always been a natural born hustler. In her most recent role as Manager of Partnerships & Business Development at The Recording Academy for The GRAMMYs, she worked closely with brands that are household names like Absolut, Mastercard, Hilton, Trident, Delta and more. After a career transition and making her own leap from cubicle to CEO, Jenny is now sharing her expertise with other women through the launch of JDS Projects - a talent management agency with a focus on empowering and connecting diverse women of color creators, influencers and thought leaders with like-minded brands.

Stay tuned to hear Jenny and I talk about how to make the right connections, the importance of creating long-term partnerships over one-off collaborations, and how to think outside the box to authentically integrate an outside brand with your own.
